Financial Responsibility
For auto & workplace injuries, there is ZERO out-of-pocket cost to you in most cases for ALL treatment.
Our For general care, our clinic accepts cash, check, major credit cards, and accepts most major insurance providers. We accept ALL AUTO INSURANCE. Please call our office to verify whether your specific insurance plan is accepted and for a detailing of your benefits.
We also offer competitive out-of-pocket rates for our services, as we strive to always make chiropractic care affordable for everyone.
Please note: At this time, we do not accept Medicare nor Medicaid.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice so that we can offer this to another patient. A fee may be charged for missed appointments without sufficient notice.
