Moved here and the day I arrived I threw my back out and wasn’t in great shape at all. Val got me in as soon she could and gave me the verbal encouragement I needed while in severe pain until my appt.
At the appointment they were able to align and get me going again. No more pain! Thank you Dr. Kostin and see ya soon for any preventatives so this doesn’t happen again.

I have had over 15 years of back pain, jumping through all the medical hoops I can to get help, be heard and be seen. I have seen chiropractors in the past with little to no relief and promises of straitening my spine (roto scoliosis). I have been here a few times, first time Valerie helped me with insurance and what is covered or not. Today I went in not sure if I was going to go back because I haven't had much relief with the past couple appointments (3). I was seen by Dr Darcy and this was the first time in a very long time someone has taken time out of their day to actually understand what's going on with me and hear me out. She was extremely helpful and attentive to what I needed and also realistic of the outcome. She literally was the first person and over 5 years that helped me. And then they went above and beyond after my appointment. After speaking with Valerie and the team today I feel more taken care of than I have in a long time. That speaks volumes and I will forever be grateful. Thank you all so much.

I was a patient over two years ago. Life got in the way but I returned in desperate need of an adjustment. Valerie the admin coordinator/receptionist/scheduler/magician was able to get me in for a an adjustment the same day within 30 mins of my call. Dr. K got me back in alignment and feeling instantly better! I am now committing to keeping my health a priority and returning to regular appointments. This clinic accepts my insurance and is so close to home it makes it incredibly convenient, and the staff is awesome! They are multi-lingual, speaking both Russian and Spanish that I have witnessed, and they know their stuff. I will be back and bringing my husband along, too!

The staff at sprinwater chiropractic are great! Valerie has been more then helpful when it comes to making sure to be able to get me in working around my work schedule. I love the convenience of the evening and weekend hours. And I can always count on Teresa to strike up a good conversation with me during my massages. Highly recommend!
